What is PACE?
The Program of All-Inclusive Care for the Elderly (PACE) is a comprehensive healthcare program and provider of coordinated, personalized care and social engagement for older adults who qualify for nursing home care but prefer to live independently in their own community.
Florida PACE Centers at Miami Jewish Health is the oldest and most experienced PACE program in Florida with a background exclusively specialized in geriatric health and elder care. Now is a great time to join us as we expand to meet the needs of the community.
How Much Does Florida PACE Centers Cost?
Medicaid
$0
If you are on Medicaid and qualify for PACE, Medicaid may cover your costs.
Medicaid + Medicare
$0
If you have Medicaid and Medicare and qualify for PACE, the two programs combine to cover your costs.
Medicare Only
Monthly
Premium
If you are on Medicare only and qualify for PACE, you will pay a monthly premium for PACE services. If you don’t have Medicare or Medicaid, you can pay for PACE privately.
Do You Qualify for PACE?
Participants must live in our service area, be at least 55 years old, and eligible for nursing home care but able to live safely at home or in the community with support from Florida PACE Centers.
